Our team is trained to handle this safely rather than treat it as a standard deep clean, which matters both for the result and for the safety of everyone in the property afterwards. WHAT HAPPENS TO BELONGINGS Usable items go to charity where the client wants that, recyclables are separated, and only genuine waste goes to landfill — we're not defaulting everything to a skip because it's faster.
