Spring Offer Terms & Conditions

1. What the 50% offer applies to

The 50% discount applies only to a Full Package booking: a one-off or deep house clean booked in the same visit together with all of the following add-on services.

• Oven
• Dishwasher filter clean
• Fridge
• Carpet shampoo
• Interior windows
• Window sills
• Wall washing

Optional extras. The following may be added to a Full Package and do not affect eligibility for the 50% discount. They are quoted separately and are not required: Tile and grout, Floor scrubbing.

A booking that omits any of the seven required add-ons is not a Full Package. It is priced at standard rates (clause 4). PrestigePro may still offer a goodwill discount on such a booking, at its discretion — that is not the 50% offer and does not create an entitlement to it.

2. What the 50% offer does not apply to

• A house clean booked on its own
• A house clean booked with only some of the seven required add-ons — for example a house clean plus carpet only
• Any add-on service booked on its own, without a house clean
• Bond / end-of-tenancy cleaning
• Recurring (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) cleaning
• Commercial cleaning

3. Advertised prices are “from” prices

Where we advertise a price such as “$149 + GST”, that is a “from” price — the starting price for a one bedroom, single storey home in moderate condition. It is not a flat rate and it is not the price of every one-off clean. Price increases with the number of bedrooms as set out in clause 4, and may be adjusted for property condition and access as set out in our Terms of Service.

The price for your job is the price written in your quote. Where a quote and an advertisement differ, the quote is the price that applies.

4. Standard pricing

One-off and deep house cleans are priced by property size, single storey, in moderate condition. All prices exclude GST.

Two-hour express clean: $99 + GST.

5. Offer period and availability

• The Spring Offer has run since 15 September 2026 and closes on 30 November 2026. Bookings must be confirmed in writing on or before the closing date; the clean itself may be scheduled for a later date.
• The offer itself has run since 15 September 2026. These written terms were published on 3 October 2026 and apply to bookings made on or after that date. They are not applied retrospectively to bookings confirmed before it — if you booked earlier, the arrangement agreed with you at the time stands.
• Subject to availability. Same-day and next-day slots depend on crew availability and are not guaranteed.
• We may vary or withdraw the offer at any time. Bookings already confirmed in writing at an offer price will be honoured at that price.

6. One offer at a time

The 50% Full Package discount cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code, referral credit, or negotiated rate.

7. Everything else is governed by our Terms of Service

This page covers only what is specific to the Spring Offer. Booking and scheduling, our cancellation policy, payment terms, access requirements, our satisfaction and bond back guarantees, liability and insurance are all set out in our Terms of Service, which apply to every job including Full Package bookings.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.
