These Terms of Service govern your use of PrestigePro Cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with PrestigePro Cleaning, you enter into a binding agreement with us. We agree to provide professional cleaning services as described in your booking, and you agree to provide access to the property and payment as specified.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours
  • Changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours: Full service charge applies

PrestigePro Cancellations: If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund and priority rebooking.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Invoices are provided for all services
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices include GST unless otherwise stated

5. Access to Property

You must provide:

  • Safe and clear access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Working electricity and water supply
  • Secure storage for any valuables
  • Information about pets, security systems, or special access requirements

6. Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours
  • We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge
  • For end-of-lease cleans, we guarantee bond approval or return for re-clean

7. Liability and Insurance

PrestigePro Cleaning is fully insured for:

  • Public liability
  • Professional indemnity
  • Accidental damage to property

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not properly secured, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property information
  • Secure or remove valuables and fragile items
  • Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
  • Ensure pets are secured during service
  • Provide feedback on service quality

9. Environmental Policy

We use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible. If you have allergies or specific product preferences, please inform us when booking.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
