It's a different service to our post-construction cleaning, which is the one-off final clean once the build is finished and ready for handover. WELFARE FACILITIES: OFTEN THE FIRST THING THAT SLIPS Portable toilets, lunch rooms and site offices are usually the first thing to get neglected on a busy site because nobody's job is to look after them specifically. We treat welfare facilities as a standing part of the visit rather than an afterthought — a clean lunch room and toilet block is a small thing that affects crew morale on a long build. DEBRIS, SKIPS AND ROAD SWEEPING We manage day-to-day debris and coordinate around skip bins so waste doesn't build up between collections, and we sweep adjacent roads and footpaths that catch dirt and debris from vehicle movement — this is often what triggers a council complaint on a site in a residential street, well before anything to do with the build itself becomes an issue. FITTING INTO SITE OPERATIONS, NOT AROUND THEM We coordinate with site managers and safety officers on timing so cleaning happens around trade schedules and deliveries rather than in the way of them, including early morning or after-hours visits where that suits the programme better. All staff are inducted to site requirements and wear appropriate PPE, the same as any other trade on site.
