How it works
If you've been booking regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning with PrestigePro for six months or more, we want to say thank you. When the time comes for a bond, end of lease, move-out, move-in or vacate clean, we include carpet steam cleaning, oven cleaning and interior window cleaning at no extra charge — the same add-ons everyone else pays for separately. Just tell us at booking that you're a regular client and we'll confirm your eligibility against our records.

"From" prices are our standard starting rate for a single-storey property in average condition. Larger or harder-condition properties are quoted individually. Eligibility for the loyalty reward is confirmed against our booking records when you book.

Call us or request a quote and let us know you're booking a bond clean — we'll check your account and apply the loyalty reward automatically if you qualify.
Loyalty Reward — Terms & Conditions
- To qualify, you must have an active, continuous regular cleaning arrangement (weekly or fortnightly) with PrestigePro Cleaning for a minimum of six consecutive months immediately before booking your bond, end of lease, move-out, move-in or vacate clean.
- The reward covers carpet steam cleaning, oven cleaning and interior window cleaning only. Other add-ons — including hob, window sills, heat pump, dishwasher, fridge, and wall or ceiling cleaning — remain priced separately.
- Eligibility is confirmed against our own booking records at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline the reward if regular service has lapsed, been irregular, or cannot be confirmed.
- This reward applies to one qualifying bond, end of lease, move-out, move-in or vacate clean per client, per tenancy.
- The base clean price shown above is still quoted on the size and condition of the property, the same as any bond clean — this reward waives the cost of the three add-ons listed, not the base clean itself.
